The National Hospital of El Salvador adopts the Sakura Epidemic Prevention Elevator
Jan 06,2021

The emergence of new variants of COVID-19 has made the pandemic even more severe. During the pandemic prevention period, the demand for epidemic prevention-related products in various venues has soared. Since the launch of epidemic prevention elevators by Sakura Elevator in May last year, its innovative design has attracted attention due to its contactless operation, and it has been sold to countries such as the Philippines, Russia, Mexico, and Dominica.

The Hospital Nacional San Rafael in El Salvador, located in Central America, is situated relatively close to the United States where the variant virus was discovered. During the pandemic, it needed to treat confirmed patients. To ensure that the entire area remained clean, it opted for Sakura Elevator's epidemic prevention products.

The "contactless button" allows for elevator call without any physical contact, simply by placing your hand at a distance of 1.5 centimeters from the button. The "elevator sterilization device" utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light with a wavelength of 254nm for sterilization, and features a built-in safety protection mechanism that conducts sterilization operations when unoccupied.

The Sakura Epidemic Prevention Elevator has been widely praised both domestically and internationally, and has even traveled across the ocean to El Salvador, on the other side of the world, contributing to the global fight against the epidemic and helping to overcome the difficulties together.
